Disabled badge parking

How long can a disabled badge holder park in a pay and display bay?

One has been parked outside my work for 10 days without moving, it is displaying the badge but not the time card, and has received no parking ticket in that time.

It might be abandoned but it's a 59 plate so hardly a wreck!

There is no "generic" law on parking in car parks including disabled parking in some pay and display car parks are council owned, some are not, the blue badge limitations are usually displayed near the parking bay or by the pay machine, you may find your answer there.

It's on road pay and display, so Council controlled.

The time allowed signs make no reference to disabled either way.

Then that probably means there is no limitations if there is no time limit displayed for blue badge holders.
