Who actually buys those electric ones from eBay though? I've never seen a picture of one in an engine.

Yeah nor me. Although I must admit I've seen some intriguing ones that are made from proper industrial sized fans in compressor housings which draw a silly amount of amps and claim to offer a genuine 2psi.

I'm sure its still a load of loblocks once you factor in the the extra strain that puts on the alternator and electrics though.
