The guy is an utter 
. He takes a 200 year old brokerage and decides that as he is worth c. $400m that if he gets paid $10m a year he couldn't really give a fk. However, if he puts on multi-billion dollar trades and makes $1bn for the company then he'll get $100m wich is worth him getting out of bed for and gives him some more New York bragging rights.
If it all goes tits up then he just walks away still a rich man. I hope there is a class-action law suit proving director negligence and they take every fking penny he has. then i hope they through him in a small cell with a very big bubba.
