Repair heated rear window

Got three or four lines out on mine, anyone tried using this or similar?

There are repair kits on Ebay but seem to be just a tube like this and a little brush in a big box?

Yes I've used it, but a different brand. Did the job & still working after four years. Just make sure you clean the glass well first, be gentle & then mask off the area that requires repairing. Clean & mask horizontally & apply lightly is my advise.
