Toyota Corolla starting problems

Have a 98 Corolla with starting isues, it will start up first thing but only if you floor the accelerator, after a few mins doing this the revs will pick up and it will be fine only happens when the engines cold any Ideas?

Check the cold start injector - could be the problem from your description.
