I remember watching that awesome Autocar Vid from 4 years ago where a Veyron made a R8 look stupid as the massive accelerative differential was demonstrated.

Amazing. My new favorite car, much better looking than the Huayra too IMO.

Any similar videos of whippings handed out to fast cars much appreciated, 1/4 mile doesn't count!

Awesome car, it absolutely demolishes that Ferrari in terms of pace. I think I'd probably have one over a Huayra too, until they make a Huayra with a less tacky interior anyway. Oh to be rich enough to buy one!

But there's a big price difference between those two - predictable outcome. Pretty sure seen this video this month too.

I remember at the end of an old clarkson DVD a modified Capri 280 brooklands destroying everything I believe including a brabus sl. Never did tell you what was done to it but it looked standard.

Of course an Agera would be quicker it has near enough if not more than 1000bhp. So all Autocar has done is prove how much faster a 1000+ bhp car is than a 600bhp car.

I'd say they were showing the difference between a very fast car and the Agera R.

I had thought cosworth but would need a lot more than 400bhp to leave a 7.2 bi turbo v12 brabus sl standing I think they are in the 550-600 bhp area with over 1000 lbft and the capri didn't just get away it was just gone something like 10 car lengths in front. Need to to dig out a VHS and play it again.
