Hi guys just in the process of fitting new Gaz Gold Pro's and will be gettting the full geo set up at Track v Road when finished as having all the wishbones shot blasted and powder coated.

So could do with a little help it initial settings the shocks came with 400lb front and 325lb rears so any eperience with how far to wind up the springs and how many clicks for the damper adjustment would be a great help as its a fair drive to Track v Road.

Many thanks Chris

9/10 on the back and 12/13 on the front worked for me. Had them the other way around before and don't recommend that....

Cheers TV8 What springs did you have fitted and roughly how far did you have to wind up the spring adjusters.

Not sure what springs - standard I think. Not an expert but think that the adjusters are for ride height only? The ride being measured from the corner plates of the chassis, not inbetween the wheels/arch.

So if your springs are a heigher rate, you want to back off the shocks a bit... are the numbers quoted counting up or down?...
with 400 front and 325 rear I would have thought you'd have your front shocks set a tad softer that the rears... so is that setting counting down??
