Has your car been in a film?
Discussion
I have a thing about Google'ing reg's of previous cars etc and whilst bored earlier I discovered my OH's Dad's old Jeep was in a 2008 film..

I prepared the car for sale in March 07 and it was filmed late 07 so it looks like it went straight to a film set (I forget who he sold it to)

Was quite a surprised, its some sort of knive crime horror but needles to say we've bought it from ebay for £6 - possible Christmas gift!
Anyone else found anything similar on Google or the above site?
I also spent 10 mins adding previous cars to: http://www.regarchive.com/

My Rover is registered with the car's the star and has been in two episodes of "Life on Mars". My MGB GT was in Casino Royale.
Do they have a website?http://www.caristhestar.com/index.asp

I was asked so it doesn't count as spamming.
This isn't a film so we'll give it an O/T- but it interesting car history.
My old mans 1934 3.5 Bentley (sadly sold now) was used as a runabout by the head of desgin a A.V.Roe I believe (Avro of The Lancaster eventually). He didn't buy it was given to him by Bentley. Corporate dealings to ensure Rolls Royce Merlin's were brought for Avro planes during the war.
I have no proof, and no real reason for thinking that apart from the above. But I like the idea, so I choose to believe it.
