What's your best tyre mileage?

Just replaced the front tyres on my partner's Golf, not that they were down to the wear markers, but with winter coming on and them needing replacing at some stage it seemed the best time to do it. She's got 30,000 miles out of them, and I reckon she'd get at least another 5,000 before they got anywhere near illegal!
Meanwhile, the rear tyres are still original, still have plenty of tread on them, far too much to justify changing them, and they're on 50,000 miles! The car is a 2008 so I don't think they need changing from an age point of view.
She is a very gentle driver (much more than me clearly, given she gets 50% more mileage out of the fronts).
Just wondered what other people were getting and what the record is?

Doesn't tyre rubber degrade after five years or so?
That was how I justified spending a day destroying an old but well-treaded set a couple of years ago anyway

One of the cones jumped under my car and when we pulled it out it caught the bottom row of radiator fins. I taped it up and now that you mention it, I completely forgot about it and it's still held on with the tape over a year later

10 years as I kept them in a cupboard hehehehehe
I got 10,000 out of the rears (toyo t1-r) and 20,000 out of the fronts (toyo t1-rs) I have just had to replace all 4 tyres and we shall see how falken 452 fare in comparison. Its not like I was driving like a saint on these tyres either. I was amazed how long the fronts lasted. Regular PH runs in the highlands are never good for tyres.
