Anyone got a snap on tool box and know how to remove rails?

hopefully someone has got one of these, or knows how to do it!

I have recently bought myself a snap on roll cab and top box, but its come from an unloved garage/sandpit and needs a few things doing to it.

this is the box below



now i have removed all the drawers but how on earth do you remove the sliders from the side of them?



i can see these lugs here, do i need to prise them out? very confused! this is from the inside of the drawer

second question is i really want to remove the runners as well, as there really cacked up with crap, but again i cant see how you do this!?



do i need to do something with this , which is under the sliding part?
