Forex transfer recommendations

I know this question comes up once in a while here, I need to transfer euros to sterling and was wondering which companies are offering the best (tightest) spreads for private individuals?

Currently I'm using an agent whose service has always been good, the spread usually work out to around 1 cent over spot price.

The typical transfer amount would be around 10k
