Mis-selling of PPI texts

I keep gettin a text though, had 2 this morning, from a +447506 number saying "Records indicate you may be entitled to circa £3,250 in compensation from the mis-selling of PPI on you're credit cards & loans. Reply PPI for info"

Anyone else getting these texts??, Is it junk/spam, should i just keep ignoring etc, not sure i want to reply incase its £££/text.
