...possibly ...or simply that Le Mans immediately followed by business trip abroad immediately followed by week in Portugal for the footy does not leave one in the best bargaining position to then disappear and leave SWMBO alone with the kids any longer....

I'm not going either despite living so close to the venue huge family party with cricket/pig roast/beer/champers/music/more champers/camping in the Landie etc to attend/help at. A bit like PF then, but without the cars/PF friends
