Pioneer VSX921 or Yamaha RX-V671

Does anyone have any experience of these 2 receivers?
The denon I had kept on tripping into protection mode and these are the 2 options to replace it with. Are they much of a muchness?

I have the Pioneer and find it fantastic. Great sound, great looks, easy to setup etc etc. What HiFi rates the Yamaha better but I chose the Pioneer based upon a demo of the two (plus an Onkyo one) side by side.

Thanks Mark, prior to buying the Denon I liked the look of the Pioneer and my old AV rec'vr was a Pioneer.
I have read all of the reviews and each one says a different one is better! I will see if they can demo them together and then choose, I think a lot of the comparisons are just picking fault when in reality you can't tell much difference?
