...as my old Vinyl roof has seen better days, and the shrinkage is filling the roof seals with water.

Just wanted to know from those that have mohair, do you use any particular products/methods when cleaning the car to keep it looking good and healthy? Is there anything I should avoid?

My Mrs MINI Cooper S Convertible has a fabric roof so from experience I'd say the top thing to get for any fabric roof convertible that lives outside is one of these:
AUTO MOTION DETECTED ULTRA SONIC CAT & PEST REPELLER REPELLENT
After having a neighbours very fluffy cat sleep on her car a few times I fitted one of these to the garage wall and it's solved the problem completely biggrin

Lazza is bang on with that! I also think the autoglym fabric roof kit is pretty damn good too for actual cleaning and waterproofing!

You sure it's working..?

Somebody here tried a similar device some time ago and said it was useless.

Yep, works perfectly. Had to try a couple of different heights to get it just right but since I put it where it is (just below the level of the roof) there hasn't been a cat on it since. I suspect they just stuck it on a wall and wondered why it didn't work rather than experimenting to get it right.
