Missing ad

Placed my ad a couple of weeks ago, got a few replies, then nothing??
Tried searching for it this morning and cant find it using the search facility, so no wonder I have stopped geting calls!
Sent an Email To admin this morning and no reply?

But search on Vitara up to £2000 WA9 as postcode, brings up two but not mine?

Ah yes, the links to adverts have changed with the new site launch. You will be able to find the new links in the My Ads section found on the left of this page (you will need to be logged in): http://classifieds.pistonheads.com/home/used_cars

Your Suzuki ad is live here as an example: http://classifieds.pistonheads.com/classifieds/use...

The postcode search is an issue we are facing today. To resolve, refresh your contact details in the My Ads section and your postcode details will migrate to the new site. This will mean your car can be found through search as you would expect.

Thanks, but my concern is am I loosing visits / potential sales? how long has it been down?

As it stands less than 18 hrs, the car is still there under Vitara so if that's what people are looking for, it's there. That's how I found it earlier.

Have you met Garlick? He is your target purchaser.

Your description of him is uncannily accurate - just make sure the lock on the fridge is secure until all the chainsaw action has finished.

I have tried searching for my own car and its so difficult.
I used to have a root around at cars for sale but now its so difficult I dont bother, both home and work coms display errors with the site.
I Email admin and get no reply?
I feel you should refund the advertisers and sort the site out, or switch back to the old one
