Netscape help

Hi chaps,

Got a problem. A very important mail has been deleted from my Trash folder (don't ask!!). When I go into the Trash file and open it in Word, I can see that the mail is still actually there, but I can't see it in Netscape.

I'm probably being a complete numpty here, but how can I restore it so that I can view it in Netscape? I tried copying the file folder and opening that, but that doesn't work...
