lights were not working and that whilst I was aware of this, other drivers may not be. His response? A puzzled look down to his speedo instrumentation area...

You dont have to drive far before realising that not everyone is competent. In fact, by the end of the road youll see that most people dont seem to know their arse from their elbow...

Why would Drove pass a bloke to tell him his own rear brake light wasn't working? How do we know this other guy didnt have a heart attack or pass out by the way? Maybe thats why his head went down? Did Drove stop to make sure he was OK... What kind of name is Drove anyway!?!
