anyone ever made fillet steak/black pudding starter?

Has anyone got a decent ultra simple recipe for a starter made from fillet steak/black pudding? I fancy the flavours, but can't think of what to do with it.

black pudding has a strong taste, are you sure you will not be wasting some fillet steak?

Yes, a strong taste seemed a good companion to fillet, if delivered in appropriate quantities.

Had a black pudding, egg, bacon salad starter in a restaurant. Worked very well I imagine simular with strips of filet would work well.
