I sold my 400se a few months ago and have been searching for a replacement ever since.Ive been looking at every genre of car,be it caterham, porsche etc etc.But i think deep down ive been hoping that a seac or 400sx may become available, not a bloody chance.Theres one for sale in Holland but its not the easiest to view. Can somebody help me and get me away from these classifieds, very frustrating searching for the perfect car(dream car)wedges certainly get under the skin.PLEASE,PLEASE help.

Good luck Eddie. That 400 was a peach. Agree nothing else compares to a Tiv really unless you start spending Lambo money. Have you looked at something like this........

Why SEAC/SX ? Power? Exclusivity?

Fancy a 4.6 BV ? ;-)

I feel the seac`s and sx are the ultimate aspire to wedge,i love all tivs but the wedge does it for me.My 400 se was a cracker but you always think the grass is greener,so now im after the ultimate. Its now a case of waiting and not getting too carried away on the classics on ebay,it gets very tempting.

When I was at Chatsworth this year, out of all the TVR's there the SEAC was the stand out car for me. Really exciting to see one in the flesh, not much else has the same presence....

Yes have to agree. They are superb looking and sounding cars and in my opinion very little out there compares to them. The fact that they are 20+ yrs old and still holding their own says it all. I saw a light blue one today in Blackpool and it was quite simply awesome. I suspect they are becoming like rocking horse s..t and as such i would have thought people could name their price for a good one.

That's Dave Welton's car (TVRCC Blackpool RO) and quite likely the car that 'carsy' saw today.

They've had that red 450 for some time now unless they haven't updated their website.

Mine passed through their doors a few years ago............still has their number plates on.
