Winter tyres - Falkern or Duran, any experience?

Hi,

Just got some prices for winter tyres in my size, and wonder if the Falkern winter tyres are worth the extra £110 for the set over the Duran tyres?

Anyone tried either of these tyres, and if so how did you find them?

I've never heard of Duran tyres which would automatically steer me to the Falkens, especially talking about winter tyres.

I use Falken Lamdair winter tyres. Work bloody well here in BG when it snowed last year, and happily went off of jolly japes in the hills as well.

I'll get the more expensive tyres, there's some Goodyears that are in stock locally
