I remain unconvinced. the scheme looks ambitous, and I am not convinced the demand is there.

Not quite accessible to either M1/M40 - 90 mins from big cities...

I applaud their spirit...but it worries me

The business and technology parks are certainly feasible. It's just off the dual carriageway and quite well located.

The campus? Training is a big industry these days and I can certainly see that coming off.

I assume those ventures will be intended to pay for the circuit improvements. If the tenancy agreements involve using those car parks on F1 weekends they could be on to a winner there.

Is the planning permission for technology park OR business park, or technology park AND business park.

Its over 500,000 sq ft....its a lot of space to be shifting in that area.

For example, the B8 consent, distributors will not be interested in that area. At least not major ones. You have 30 minutes trip before you get to a motorway.

Maybe they're looking to attract high tech manufacturing, research and development rather than just shifting boxes?
