No response from Piston Heads

Please can somebody at Piston Heads respond to my dozens of e-mails and phone calls. For two weeks I have been leaving messages but Piston Heads just ignore everything. I guess once they have our money they can't be bothered. All I want to do is switch my ad to another category. Can anybody at Piston Heads just answer this simple question?

The amount of people having problems with this new site is unreal I too cannot get hold of anyone from piston heads I was going to place a premium advert so I could use more photos but what's the point the photos are smaller than ever the layout is awkward for buyers searching and lots of forums people are saying they no longer like using this site such a shame its changed for the worse good luck piston heads
