I'm having my kidneys hosed down before they spontaneously combust.

Whilst we have a system that throws money at people for no reason whatsoever it's not surprising that parasites will take advantage of that. I'm sure that next she'll claim all the litigation has given her PTSD and she needs £2m to retire in luxury.

£15,000 for hurt feelings.

Can I sue my ex-missus for hurting my feelings?

Some of that article would be hilarious, were it not a depressing barometer of the state of the country!

A case against the BBC followed in 1992. In 1996 she brought a case against Islington council, north London, and Barnardo's, the children's charity, claiming an all-white interview panel had objected to her view that Britain was a "profoundly racist society". She reportedly received a five-figure payout from the council and at least £15,000 from Barnardo's.

Come to think of it, I'm sure someone disagreed with me in a thread recently. They also called me a nasty name. Because of that I maintain I've now got PTSD, acute stress disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, bi-polar, epilepsy and blurred vision and furthermore my feelings are hurt beyond repair, so I'm suing PH for £5m. And last week I passed a black council employee in town and he didn't say hello to me, so that's £50K from the council for racism, at least.

You going in for a claim? Are you white, if so get to the very very very back of the queue. Race relations matters...

I can't see how she won the case against HARE which has led to her being awarded £425k damages. Surely there are myriad reasons not to employ her, not least the fact that she spends all her time litigating rather than doing work.

1st rule of ranting - get the spelling and grammar correct, especially in the thread title.

In that case I'm claiming stress and extreme hardship for being put to the back of the queue.

WTF - why is she on benefits after all those payouts? Oh, of course, if you take them away that's racist.

Perhaps she should link up with that other "racism is everywhere" activist David Smith (a treuly nasty piece of work if ever I saw one).

She should have spent all those years to train as doctor .. then go for the all-in-one rollover jackpot (circa £5m).

What's the problem?

Typical knee jerk reaction from a bunch of ignorant fat boys who cannot begin to understand the stresses of living with a hairstylist responsible for such a rat's nest of a bonce based carbuncle.

She's worth every penny and our systemic failure to include gargoyles in a rhythmic and timbre matching fashion is entirely to blame.

What's more, at £425,000, she's cheap - a Latvian seamstress typically earns three times this amount compared to a traditional, serial, Balkan agitent claimant so whichever way you slice it, three cheers to our legal edifice for safeguarding the national interest, again.

On the other hand...

It's no good, the only way to ensure deliverance is thus since logic and reason long since flew the compound...

Careful PH will be up in court next.

What a waste of a person, she will go to her grave knowing everything she has done has been entirely negative towards society.

Just another example of why our IT system needs to go.

How many more examples do people need before they will see that?

Utter fking madness.
