OEM Cerbera suspension

Are the standard suspension (Bilstein/Eibach) on a Cerbera coilovers? I thought they were...

I have put some up for sale on fleabay and a potential buyer has asked; "hi are you sure these are coilovers,i.e adjust up and down,as i cant see any threads on the body/or do you mean they have lowered springs on them......"

Yes they are termed as coilovers,not all coilovers are adjustable for height etc.good luck with the sale bud;)

Hope it looks half as good as yours did,as you know its hard work but very rewarding....do you miss the old girl...or is that a silly question;)

It is spongy, but well worth it when you get to drive it again after all the effort.
I do miss the ole girl sometimes, especially when I see another one on the road. But she went to a good home. Dimitri is a good stick and her new stable is pretty plush by all accounts.

I won't stay out of the TVR fold for very long tbh, although another Cerb isn't on the cards. I feel another project coming on. Maybe a V6 'S'.

Re the S crackling little car, very underrated by most. I suppose hunting a V6 S4 are in too far sort supply, don't dismiss the V8S, it is just as cheap to buy and not a lot more to run and quicker by a country mile.

Surely not...? I thought V8s were a fair bit more.

I was actually looking for an S2, as I prefer the interior in it to the S3,4's. But then again I prefer the S3 bonnet with fogs, to the S2
Think I'll just wait for the right project car to come along. Missed one last week by 50 quid on ebay

I was just going by PH classifieds, S2 = 5995, S3 = 6250-7000 ,V8S = 7495

On a similar V8 theme early 4.0 Chims can be just as cheap if not cheaper, but they're not as characterful and rare as an V8S .

What budget you looking at...

Tbh, at the moment, a project car for as little as possible. If I don't find something within 2 months that fits the bill, I can budget for a Chim or V8s.
