No more free adds?

Hi, Long time member here.

Have the free adds gone now for the long time members?
I have an advert for my car up and last week it went up for free, its been moved to the new site and now I cannot make any edits with out paying £9.99
I suppose its not the end of the world but I would just like to know if any one else is in the same boat?
