Does anyone have the contact number or details for DPD head office? One of their drivers has just restyled offside rear wing on the family wagon and, although not everyone likes Chris Bangle's efforts, I did prefer it before the broken light, gouged bumper and 12" crease were added.

Before anyone suggests it, their website is next to useless.

I'm remaining calm for now...

I used to work for them, when they were Parceline.

All minor scrapes and knocks went through the depot manager, rather than head office. The Depot's are massive, it's not just a man in a shed. Thats gonna be your best bet to start with.

A search on SayNoTo0870 for DPD gives numbers for various depots.

As above, contact your local depot. Will be all sorted through them.

Hmph, no reply on any numbers...out of hours I guess. Any bets on how much of a pain in the proverbial this is going to be; they were driving a Ryder rental truck rather than one of their own vehicles. Luckily the address they dropped at were very forthcoming with the delivery note, etc...

Merry Christmas my arse.

I thought they were self employed owner drivers, just delivering in to the depot but based in each of their own regions?
