Yes. Go around the Aldgate one way, right onto Commercial st, across the lights onto Great Eastern st, along Old st then 3rd exit onto City rd.

Yes ,fairly certain that you will not go inside on that route.

Always look out for the big C signs though.

Yep you will miss it, I take the same route from A13 to Euston Road
