Anyone from Cyprus here, specifically Nicosia?

I have a huge favour to ask. I'm in Dubai for context.
We were married in Pathos nearly three years ago and got the marriage certificate stamped with the right stamp at the time, but now the rules in the UAE have changed again and it's no longer the right one!
I visited the Cyprus embassy in Abu Dhabi this morning to get a definitive answer as I've phoned twice and got two conflicting views.
What we need is the marriage certificate attested (stamped) by the Cypriot Department of Foreign Affiars in Nicosia, before I can have it stamped by the UAE Department of Foreign Affiars here to legalise things.
The favour I ask, is if there is anyone that would help us out and get the certificate sorted for us. We don't have any contacts in Cyprus, we're both worried about sending the original (and attested copy) to a faceless government department and it really needs someone to go in person (even if it is 1,000 times better than the UAE).
If anyone could do this for us we'd be very grateful - obviously we'd cover all expenses and happily bung in some cash for their troubles.
Fail that, if anyone could recommend a competent and reliable Nicosia based agency/law firm that could do the same, that would work as well.

I live in Cyprus and I understand your not wanting to send the forms to a faceless government department, the best way to do this would be to contact a law firm based in Nicosia. We are as European as the UK here as you know and I would have thought any firm you contact should be able to do it for you without a problem, being that many of their clients are usually abroad.
Doing it this way, rather than sending them to a person like me here would be the safest I would say.
If you pm me I can give you the number of a trustworthy lawyer in Nicosia, who if he cant help will point you in the direction you need to go to.
