We sell any car?

They have the same parent company as Carcraft.
It's common knowledge that the same sort of 'practices' go on on their selling are as in their buying arm.
This. If you enter your car details in it will give you two choices. You can sell the car for cash straight out or you can part ex it for a slightly higher price at Carcraft. At least that's what it did when I was curious a few years ago and entered the details of my car. They actually offered me a fair amount and just the same as any other car dealership would. It's common knowledge that the same sort of 'practices' go on on their selling are as in their buying arm.
I know this has been discussed plenty before but I might feel better after a small rant...
I hate WBAC. I am boycotting them and flatly refusing to consider dealing with them under almost any circumstances. I am wound up by their infuriating jingles, their insulting pricing, their scare tactic advertisements and their £50 'buying fee'
"Yeah, we'll offer you half of what your car is worth if your lucky. But then we'll charge you £50 for the privilege"
The radio ads really get me- "don't have strangers turning up at your door, sell it safely...".
The only circumstance I will consider dealing with them is if I have an utter pup to get rid of, which is worthless but still running and roadworthy. Even then I'd be seething inside, dealing with these underhand-dealing ignorance-exploiting fear mongering w
kers.

Erm, no-one is forcing you to use them. I think they offer a good service as it's an effective and quick way of getting shot of your car ASAP. Of course they're not going to offer you 'top price' for your car it's called 'business' something they wouldn't be anymore if they offered everyone above book price for. As for their ads i don't like them either but at least they stay in your mind - which it has as you've repeated it - which is the whole point of advertising. FFS it's not rocket science...and no, i don't work for them, nor have i used them before.I hate WBAC. It's not the 'offer' price that's the problem, it's the reduction of that offer by up to 70% for things that were listed in the original submission. It's like me offering to sell you my Z4MC for £5000, you accepting, taking a day/afternoon off work, and when you come around to buy it I tell you the price has gone up to £25000 - like it or lump it.
I wonder how many repeat customers they get?

And there's me thinking advertising was to get you to buy something, rather than just to get it into your head. The product also has to be something you want/need, otherwise you won't buy it.OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh bodyfoooooorrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmm, bodyformmmmmmmmmmmm for youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!
