rear o/s lower suspension arm

Happy Christmas all,
For my present I would like a cheap replacement for the above part (T350). Just posting on the off chance someone has one knocking about before I cough up £170. Unfortunately mine has a totally seized toe adjuster and no amount of anything including oxy-acet torch will shift it but it has damaged the arm!
Typically the one on the other side came out no problem.........
