hey guys looking for a few idea's with a 2006 panda 4x4....

having a slight brake problem over the last few weeks.....when the car has been stopped for an hour or so and I get back in it the pedal is wooden for the first couple of presses with very little braking power....after that it's fine until next time it's been switched off for a while. It doesn't happen every time but quite a few.

Changed the servo, master cylinder and bled the system....no change.

Any thoughts or pointers??

cheers in advance!!!

It sounds like a leak in the system that provides vacuum for the servo. Or something silly like a faulty one-way valve in the vacuum hose to the servo.
If it is a diesel, the vacuum pump might be on its way out...
