I would absolutely love that one Christmas to wake up and see one of my all time wanted cars on the driveway.

Our neighbour did just that , his daughters woke to find a Mini each wrapped in a bow on the driveway.

I'd love a new car for Christmas - if it's anything, I am getting some money towards a VTEC conversion for my Mini for Christmas.

I also bought my mum a new Peugeot 107 as an early Christmas present. She's wanted one for years, and I always like giving my folks extravagant presents.

Unfortunately not but I remember seeing an advert in the Sunday Times in early January some years ago advertising a delivery mileage Ferrari 355 described as being 'an unwanted Christmas present'!!

How would you know.

If someone has got your a car for Xmas and you know about it, either they're a for telling you or you're a for snooping.

My girlfriends little sister is getting a 55 plat Pug 107. I don't think she reads PH. I drove it back from north Derbyshire, it's quite fun as long as you don't let the revs drop.

I'll either be doing the sils or clutch on my Rover to avoid the whole issue.

A mate has just sold a TT convertible which the buyer is giving to his girl friend for christmas.

It's battleship grey with the "baseball glove" interior so I just hope she likes it.
