Dent repair recommendation.

Some kind soul has dented our Focus' boot. It's a very smooth dent - wondering if somebody did it with a rubber mallet in fact - as the paint is all OK.
What are the repair options?

I have been an utter cretin and scuffed the OH's car against a brick wall, so left rear wheel arch is pretty mangled. Would anyone care to hazard a price, a good bloke to fix it and how the fk I redeem myself because he looks like he's going to knife me..... But that would at least make me feel less guilty....
