Unfortunate that. The parasailing guy was a bit of an idiot really, but maybe the van driver could've seen him before hitting him.

I bloomin bet he didn't!

Seriously though, is the only option that the van driver uses his insurance? He loses his NCB due to some extreme sports twunt clobbering his van?

Probably bounced right off, or the van driver just pushed the dent out again.

I know a couple of people with vans and they are essentially a work tool, not something that needs to look spotless.

I think the van driver saw him cos he honked his horn, don't know what he could have down to dodge the parasailer though!

Looks like he did try to slow down to me? And with quite good reactions too considering I doubt he'd be expecting a knobbo to come flying in front of his van like that.
