We've had flies regularly buzzing around at work, even today. I was chasing one round the office with a magazine when my MD walked in with a surprised look on his face as if to say 'WTF are you doing?'

I said 'flies in the office in December - WTF is going on??'

To which he picked up another magazine and joined me in my murderous quest of all things winged.

But seriously - how come flies are around this time of year? I thought it was too cold for them???

Same here, while its been milder this last day or 2, these mo-fo's flying round tonight looked like they were seasoned pro's. They did also seem obsessed with the lights. Strange...

Same!
So much more than usual, mine literally sat it's self in the 'upligher' light fitting on the wall. :/

I've just killed a wasp that was sat on my running shorts. I put the body in a bottle of ale and wasn't fully sure it was dead so placed a cloth used for cleaning glasses and a very large nut on top of it so it can't get out.

All of that is true. Very random.

Edit: pic.

Tired, drunk, saw a wasp, was not in mood, hit it, still moving, made the situation safe.

Basically.
