Spotted, Red Chimaera - in Oz!

Who was the chap in the Red Chimaera that totally made my month when he pulled up at the lights in North Sydney today? I was the one that was standing and pointing like I had just seen a UFO land deploying little green men with ray guns (probably more likely than seeing a TVR in Australia!).

It is the first TVR I have seen in around eight months - fantastic! Good to see the obligatory pedal to the fiberglass from traffic lights in front of admiring eyes (sounded excellent!)


Out of interest, I have seen one for sale here, a 4 ltr 98 plate with around 16,000 K's - going for $90,000 AUD!!! (36,000 GBP!)

Wish it had been me. I still miss Sydney. Did the same thing you're doing - lived there for a year or so. Should never have left in some ways...

Do they still have the huge Porsche Festival in Darling Harbour?

Oh. And go to the Ankhor Wat Cambodian restaurant if its still there. Fantastic. And I remember the Australian car prices (at least if imported) - outrageous.
