While it's not armco, it does have a physical divide between the counterflow of traffic, so I'd have thought 70 - with a crafty look out for anything that might be a scamera van hoping to catch people out!

i know the road well, im not sure what it would be classed as though, doesn't warrant 70 thats for sure its a really small stretch comming off the roundabout going into a single carriageway with a nice tight bend at the top where theres usually a BMW parked in a hedge.

Yes, if you look at how many cars there are as a percentage of total vehicles.
However the important point stands. The numerical speed limit that applies there will depend on the vehicle class & he/she hasn't mentioned that.

With assumption being the mother of........, best for him/her to say, so that he/she can get a legally correct answer to a question regarding legality.
