BBC F1 highlights Prog ?

Just appeared on BBC i -player "coming soon" F1 season review . . . . on BBC Radio 5 Live.

Maybe quite interesting, but not really the same as the superb 1 hr F1 review programme broadcast last year.

Do we have to assume, half the team having defected, that there is no plan for a 2011 F1 review prog on the TV ?

Given how their final coverage was cut during the forum of the last race. . . . not much of a send-off for them was it ?




DUH ! ! ! if I had read the BBC F1 website rather than just looking at i-player I would have seen BBC1 31st Dec 13:00 F1 season review 2011.

So, take this as a Heads Up instead

Good so far, this is what the BBC do well!

Highlights of Jensons win in Canada, IMHO the best race of the season and still sends shivers up the spine watching it again, quality!

Just saddens me that we won't have the same avail for every race, with the same presenting team, next year.

Oh well, it was good while it lasted.

Great little summary of the season.

Will watch it at least once more on i-player in the next week.

Excellent show. I'm more into the features and other things rather than the racing these days and the BBC will continue to excel at that I'm sure. Love the musical montages they do, was that Kasabian at the end there?

Judging by the taste in decor (zebra skin rug and some sort of bison head on the wall), I'd say it was Eddie's home

On BBC i-player already, don't know if there is a repeat on normal TV, doubt it , but I am guessing.

I think just about everything is repeated these days.

Just checked on BBC site, it doesn't mention a repeat.
If you haven't loaded the i-player for some reason check BBC1 live site & click on the link to the program found by clicking on schedules.

The best part of that was the subtle way they bashed Valencia! Gave it about 5 seconds coverage.
