MK 3 Lighter Socket

Hi ,

Probably a stupid question but having purchased a Tuscan Mk3, I can't find a lighter socket to plug the my Tom Tom into,if there is one where would I expect to find it?

In the passenger side dashboard tray...got a black round stopper over it...Not a ciggy lighter just a socket.... In the middle but low down the tray.
