Bosch part number for 996t alternator

Guys,

Can anybody confirm the Bosch part number for the genuine alternator 997 603 012 05 or 997 603 012 07? I think my alternator is starting to get weak.

I just finished replacing mine today, I pulled my old one off last weekend (2003 MY04 996t)



Porsche now recommend a 150amp part number 997 603 012 07. I ended up going to my local Bosch dealer and ordering the same part number as what came off it which is a 120amp unit:



For the price I paid you couldn't pay somebody to rebuild it for that. After fitting the new one I started it up from cold and it charged at 14V before dropping back to about 13.5V when warm, which is a bit better than the 11V I was getting!

it you're handy with a spanner, its just the voltage reg that need's changing, £45 from http://www.woodauto.com/default.aspx
