Is that the one to have then ?
to compare no idea, i just stumbled across it whilst browsing for the same model but smaller, richersounds always seem to be the cheapist or will beat any price... generally, panasonic set the standard when it comes to plasma, and won awards for the next model up GT30. http://www.richersounds.com/product/plasma-tv/pana...
If you are not interested in the 3d then its £100 less without the 3D glasses.

I ended up with the st30 from John Lewis who had already reduced the cost to match Richer Sounds... £699 with two glasses and 5 year warranty + 28 day price match promise: if I find it cheaper anywhere else in the next 28 days, they'll give me the difference back. Makes me feel confident in the purchase. Picture is better than the Samsung I was considering, according to nigh on everyone - but in store, seemed nothing in it. The Samsung is a more handsome set but the Panasonic substantially cheaper. All in all, I'm happy with the outcome.
