Property Equity Transfer after split

Equity transfer is easy. Just get the forms from the lender. The party keeping the property may need to prove affordability again. The difficult bit will be deciding on the amount to buy the other out and making sure once the deal is done there is no coming back for more. In divorce terms it's called "a clean break". I'm thinking it should be much more straight forward than if you were married, which I'm assuming you're not.
