Courtesy car

I have owned my clubman s now for just over a month and it's developed a knock from the near side front when I turn right on a roundabout and sometimes when I pull away. I bought it from a main dealer so i will give it to them as its under warranty. Now I need to know if I ring them to book it in will they give me courtesy car.

Just tell them you need a courtesy car - but make it clear that you need one before you book yours in.

In my experience MINI dealerships are usually very obliging (and often give you rather nice courtesy cars).

Always, always been able to get a courtesy car - but ring first to make sure they have one available.
