The people that are going to post are the ones that have a problem. You need to have a look at yourself not bring attention your way. (Not just you Dav_s but everyone who gets banned)

I can't believe anyone thinks it's fun sitting here with my family, reading through the various reports that come in about the various footy threads, then reading through them in detail to understand if it's simply 'banter' or crosses that line. Some stuff has no action taken, some stuff is simply edited, some stuff is removed, and worst-case scenario some folk are banned.

The rules are pretty clear, and I've posted a few warnings in the past. And yet it's the absolute minority who spoil it for the rest.

I'd rather be watching tv, having fun with my family, etc, etc. Yet all we seem to do is clear up after peoples idiotic posts and the subsequent mess they cause.

If you can't keep it civil, then just don't bother posting. What you might perceive as 'banter' can be interpreted in any number of ways; and we've got to think of the wider PH audience and needs. Not the handful of folk who seem to think it's a free for all.

Now where's my xbox controller gone .....
