Hi
Just looking for a quick bit of help. Speedo not recording the mph on the move. Was working on Xmas day when I went for a blast and did notice it drop to zero a couple of times, but seemed to occur when cruising, no gas. Think it is a simple fix/adjustment of sensor - can anybody please assist and tell me which or the rear wheels it is located. Or is it a new sensor?
Peculiarly enough, it was replaced when I bought it in March '10 as it occurred on the demo run and was told an 'upgraded' sensor had been replaced.
Cheers in advance for help.

Completely bonker's price as well, but they have a captive audience I guess
Can you not get the same thing from Maplin/RS? I am sure somebody looked into this about a year ago?. Try cleaning the sensor first and check the gap is correct before lashing out. Can do this with the PS rear wheel removed but as barry said a ramp make the jobmore simple.Shep
Cheers folks for your timely responses.
First thing will be to get it up on ramps for a mechanic to take a quick look. Will phone tomorrow but may be hindered by holidays etc.
I tend to drive by RPM/oil temp than by mph, no surprise, but it'll be illegal so need to fix one way or other!
Thanks again.
