If it was me it'd be the single seater.

Sure, others will no doubt be fun and good for brute force power - But a quick nimble single seater would be something completely unique and exciting (Plus you'll be all on your own, no one telling you to slow down.. thumbup)

Three Sisters is tiny, more of a cart track. The V8 sounds interesting ?

I did a one to one tuition in an Exige at Thruxton. It was very good and taught me a lot. Afterwards I opted to go for the single seater experience. I bought this whilst at Thruxton straight after the Exige and went straight out again. I think it was a Formula Renault. It was mind blowing! So different to a normal car. The feel of downforce, the gear shift and steering, the car felt amazing. I had learnt the track well from being in the Exige, so I was flying round in the single seater. Overtook everyone. It's a different league. I'd definitely be going for the single seater, or maybe the Atom.

To help you I think we need pics wink.

(I'd take the Atom or a single seater, the rest could perhaps be rented and enjoyed on public roads at a later time. Atom or single seater not so likely?)

I had something similar, but it was the national circuit at Rockingham, I chose the V8 Supercar as you got about 50% more laps than the other stuff so might be worth checking

"Bump" for the PH daytime crew....

It's looking good for the Atom or single seater at the moment, but many thanks to everyone who has taken the trouble to reply...plenty to think about.....

Single seater. I did the Ferrari 360 and felt the instructor cramped my style after I got the hang of it. Only got 3 laps.

I actually work at the Three Sisters! I'd do the single seater at Donington or Mallory if I were you (if you can!) .

Saying that I do like the Atom and the thing with our track is that you seem to be going that much faster as its so narrow, one of the instructors took me out in the V8 touring car and that felt monumentaly fast

I've done a DB9 day, and I thought it was pretty good fun. But the experience was completely blown into the weeds the first time I was let loose in a single seater - and that was only a Formula Ford Classic with the 1600 Crossflow engine (about 110bhp I believe). You'll never match the sensation in a road car (apart from an Atom maybe, I haven't had a go in one). I nearly cried when they took it off me.

It would have to be the Atom for me, I've never been to any of the tracks so I would not know which to recommend.

Just make sure you book up fast, I remember Red Letter Days getting into hot water for offering these sort of things as gifts, except they sold more than they had spaces to book, so some people who left it until later to cash their voucher in were left unable to get a slot. To compound matters, iirc they were not offered a refund, only an exchange of voucher, so instead of driving a supercar they could get a cookie baking class or a massage session. Ace. I think the scandal also made BBC's Watchdog.
