The plastic bleed valve on the offside top of the radiator has been overtightened at some point and not only has the head broken off, the plastic piece left has now fallen into the rad. Its the std rad thats fitted. Has anyone had a similar problem? I now have a neat hole, about 8mm dia for coolant to spurt out of. Theres no threaded section inside the rad..not sure how to get over it.

I would post this up on evocorner forum. Sorry I don't know the answer but someone will.

I would make sure you spell integrale with a small "i" though as they might not take you seriously :-)

I had a similar problem year's ago, but luckily the thread was still available on the radiator so I used a bolt. In your case, how about using a nut and bolt and aralditing the nut to the radiator? Should be a good fix rather than spending a few hundred £££'s on a new radiator?

Yeah, I think I'm going down that route. I've never had this before but it seems pretty common, what a stupid design.
