Carburettor settings help please

My friend has a 2.0 ford pinto with a R32 cam in it.
He has just bought some Dellorto 45's but has no clue what chokes or jets it should be running.
Could any body shed any light or knowledge onto us please.
Any other settings we should know about also?
All help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
