Natwest. Grrrrrrrrrr.

I've had years of no hassles with them.
Last April I was informed that some Natwest branches in Scotland and some RBS branches in England/Wales will be sold to Santander.
I called up as the letter was refering to my business acount. Then told "oh, it doesn't affect you". Fast forward to 15th dec and another letter refering to the sale.
Another call, and they now confirm that my business account will be moved across as part of the sale. I asked if I could stay, as my personal accounts are with Natwest. "No problem, we'll get the team to call you regarding setting up a new Natwest business account".
Phone call this morning to tell me that my business account will be moved to "front line" and now cost 10 quid a month for them to do SFA.
Time to move the lot elsewhere.
